About Us

Fearless Widget Productions' partners, Glenn Norman & Michelle Goodeve, have been involved in Television, Film & Video production for most of their lives.

Glenn’s first job was with Toronto’s Robert Lawrence Productions. He worked his way up to Assistant Film Editor before accepting a job offer from CFTO-TV and soon became a Film Editor for the CTV National News. After winning his pilot’s license (while still in his teens,) Glenn sequed into writing, penning numerous articles for international aviation magazines such as “Plane & Pilot,” “Sport Flying,” & “Air Progress.”

Michelle began her career as a professional dancer (she first hit the stage at the age of 3) and performed in numerous shows across Canada.  As she’d also fallen in love with flying (starting work on her pilot’s license while she was just 16,) Glenn & Michelle decided to pool their talents and write, produce and star in “Flier, the musical history of flight. “

After that production, Michelle turned to full time acting and was soon invited to Guest Star in numerous classic Canadian TV series, including “Danger Bay,” “Street Legal,” “Ready or Not,” “Vulcan EFTS” and “White Fang.” But she is best known for her four year stint as teacher “Ms. Avery” in “Degrassi Jr. High” and its spin-off, “Degrassi High” - the most successful franchise in Canadian television history.

After Michelle’s move to acting, Glenn decided to try his hand at Screenwriting and wrote numerous episodes of TV shows such as “The Campbells,” “Danger Bay,” “Adderly,” “Night Heat,” “Diamonds,” “My Secret Identity” & “Vulcan EFTS.”

In the early 90’s, Michelle added “Screenwriter” to her list of credits, so the couple decided to become a Story Editing (Head Writer) team. As a result, they were offered positions as Executive Story Editors on CTV’s “White Fang” (which necessitated a move to New Zealand,) and Global TV’s “Mysterious Island.”

After their work on those series, Glenn & Michelle decided to make the move towards producing their own projects. While they learned the new craft, they wrote numerous episodes for animated series such as “Redwall,” “Mattimeo,” “Martin The Warrior,” “Howdi Gaudi,” and “Malo Korrigan & The Space Tracers.”

In 2005, the couple were Creative Producers on OLN’s “Barnstormers,” a one hour aviation show in which Michelle not only starred but also flew an antique biplane. And in 2007, Fearless Widget Productions began shooting in earnest.

The couple have just released their first DVD, “Flying The Finch,” and are currently in post-production on “Flying The Tiger Moth,” and “Alien Landings” – a unique, slo-mo look at the world of antique aircraft.

Fearless Widget Productions is also available for the production of Corporate DVDs. And with over 70 years of experience between them, in just about every facet of Production, Glenn & Michelle can promise their prospective clients unique, professional results that will stand out above the crowd.
